We bought a used VW Passat from Ross at MintCarz about a month ago. Ross was professional throughout the entire process and I would not hesitate to recommend Ross if you are interested in purchasing a car. Prior to approaching Ross we'd had some bad luck with other vehicles we were interested in.

After purchasing the car from him, the Passat had a warning light come on during the drive home to Bristol. This light only came on when doing 4000rpm in 4th gear (so wasn't apparent during typical driving conditions and only came on when slightly pushing the car).

Ross collected the car from Bristol himself, got the fault repaired and we are able to pick the car back up from him within a few days. We felt Ross was always on hand to help, kept us updated on the phone and handled our concerns well.

About a month after the purchase and repair we have now done a few hundred miles on the car and it's been perfect! Thanks Ross
